March 2017 Updates

Visiting Grandpa and B Nana
Ezra and I were able to go home and visit my family in California the 17th through the 28th. We had a blast and it was the first time my parents met their very first grandchild! I was a nervous wreck on the flight over (my first time flying with a baby and alone) but I am so grateful for the goodness of people! I can't tell you how many times someone held Ezra so I could go to the bathroom or opened food for me because my hands were full. My return flight was much easier since I knew what to expect and had such nice people to help me through it! Ezra turned 4 months old during this trip.

Jonathan and Elise came out too! We both met in LA and then drove home. Ezra got to meet my whole family except Jen but I am hoping she will come out to visit me soon in Hawaii!! While in Blythe we went on lots of walks, ate yummy food, played Niner, went shopping in Palm Springs, celebrated Elise's birthday, picked and juiced oranges, went to the fairgrounds and saw my mom perform, visited my old church family, danced in the kitchen, had some good discussions about health, religion, business, and politics, laughed our heads off, and just loved on baby Ezra. I was even able to hang out with some of my old friends from high school! All in all it was an amazing trip and so glad we went. Randy was a champ and worked his booty off at home. So grateful for all of his sacrifices--especially when he lets me go party with my fam and we miss his birthday!

Ezra's Cuteness
Lots of bike path walks with baby Ez (our bikepath kind of fell apart so I had to document it). I love his little grouchy looking face below while we are at the beach! Also, sweet Briar came over and helped me with Ezra and helps me at church a ton while Randy is working. She was a natural--she even put him to sleep on her own! Also, this kid is getting to be quite the CHUNK! I keep getting a lot of comments on how big he is and how chubby his cheeks are--this kids sure LOVES to eat. Must take after mom ;)

Randy can't decide ;)

This gaze melts my heart!!
Randy had a little fun while we were away :)
