The Bishoff Clan takes on Hawaii
My family came out for Christmas this year! We had SOO much fun together. I couldn't believe how fast the time went. Between hiking, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, walking on the bike path, visiting Ted's (Brent and my dad were all over this) and just spending some good quality time together we had a blast! I was especially proud of my mom for boogie boarding--she had us laughing constantly!
The best part was skyping with my brother, Landon, who is on a LDS mission in Mexico. It felt surreal to talk with him since he has been out around a year. He seems different but also the same. He is developing an accent and had a hard time remembering certain English words. We had many moments of laughter and also some good tears. It was such a sweet Christmas present being able to connect with my family and especially with my brothers since they are my youngest siblings. I am hoping we sold Brent on Hawaii and that he might like to come to school out here (crossing my fingers).
