JAN & FEB 2016

Excited for 2016! I have been doing the typical--setting goals and resolutions. I have been staying very consistent with my BBG (I started it last October) and slowly but surely I am seeing progress and my strength is increasing. Slow and steady wins the race!  

One of my sweet residents passed away this month. She will be very missed but I am happy for her. She missed her husband terribly and now they get to be reunited again and she is out of pain!

Gettin' Fancy

We have upgraded! As many of you know we have had a Costco box coffee table for quite a while. It;s not that we were opposed to getting a real table we just never found one we liked. The Costco boxes didn't bother us either. Well this has all come to an end! With the help of our dear friends (the Hanks) Randy made this amazing coffee table out of pallet wood! It is solid and even opens for storage.

Lanikai Pillbox Hike with Tiffany

This was so fun! My sweet neighbor and friend Tiffany and I drove down to Kailua for a girl's day and once we finished our hike we had lunch at California Pizza Kitchen (the grilled veggie salad is AMAZING--I get it every time).

Cupcake Wars

The young men and women had a fun combined activity at the Pitt's house. I had the two sweet Tamita girls with me and they LOVED tagging along. The young women were sweet enough to help Coral and Belle make their own cupcakes.

Sweet Samoa

We have been taking our neighbors dog on walks a lot recently. I love having all the perks of a dog without all the hassles! Sometimes she will come to the side of the fence by our door when she hears us and give us the cutest puppy-dog face which means feed me something yummy or take me on a walk and we usually cave. She loves to be petted and chasing crabs.
